| Construction was completed in 1994 on the Sacred Heart Gathering Space on Grosse Ile. The one-story addition includes space for fellowship before and after worship services as well as a nursery room, meeting rooms and barrier-free restrooms. Also included in the construction was an expanded parking lot and a new portico connecting the new gathering space with the existing school. Two cathedral gardens flank the entrance plaza. | ||||||||||
